Joining BACPR

  • Membership is open to all professionals involved in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation.
  • Annual subscription for the British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation is £45 per year.
  • Exercise Instructors currently holding the BACPR Exercise Instructors Qualification receive a discounted subscription of £33 per year.
  • Joint BCS membership is £50 for non-medical doctors.

How to join?

1. BACPR  membership

To join BACPR please download and complete the BACPR Membership Form.

The form includes the Direct Debit mandate, which should also be completed.  Direct Debit payments are administered by BCS on behalf of BACPR.

Payment by credit or debit card is also available.

Please return your application form and payment (with payment form where applicable) to bacpr@bcs.com


2. BCS joint membership

Joint membership with the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) is also now available to new and existing BACPR members. For a membership fee of £50.00 per annum in addition to the BACPR standard membership fee (£45.00) and BACPR Exercise Instructor membership fee (£33.00), you will be entitled to all of the standard BCS benefits including:

- Reduced registration rate to the BCS Annual Conference (£30.00 early bird rate, increasing to £100.00 after early bird deadline)

- Reduced members rates for BCS Courses

- Access to Heart Online

- Access to Open Heart Online

- Print subscription to Heart (fee applicable)

- Monthly members' news and communications...PLUS MORE!
