Career Opportunity: Health Programme Manager (Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Lead)


 

 

A unique opportunity to lead the largest community based cardiac prevention and rehabilitation service in the south of England.  Based at a bespoke custom built Cardiac rehab Centre, we have 900 clients who undergo either Phase IV cardiac rehabilitation or a unique primary prevention programme called Staywell, along with pulmonary rehabilitation and Steady & Strong falls prevention.  Leading a team of 6 BACPR qualified exercise instructors and a Health Programme team of 3, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Cardiac Rehab prevention and rehabilitation exercise service, ensuring that it meets the needs of our service users to rehabilitate those at risk of or with established cardiovascular disease or those with pulmonary disease.
